Nurturing the feminine spirit, this event welcomes over 100 queens, each a manifestation of beauty and strength. Join us for a weekend devoted to the intricate dance of emotional, mental, and physical well-being, guided by compassionate wellness experts and professionals who center the experiences of Black women in health.

 

This sacred space is meticulously crafted to address the disparities, struggles, and chronic illnesses that bear a heavy weight on Black women – the silent battles against depression, reproductive challenges, stress, and trauma. The Feminine Flow Experience™ emerges as a sanctuary, a beacon of light to educate and interrupt these challenges with grace and resilience.
